Prospex Recruiting is run by husband and wife, Josh and Abby Roberts. Both of whom have spent the majority of their careers recruiting in a variety of industries. With a combined 30+ years of experience between the two, our goal is to give Clients and Candidates a recruiting experience unlike any other. Abby previously worked for one of the largest agencies in the world and was able to become the #2 recruiter in the world. She decided to join Prospex after a small sabbatical where she spent time with their 3 little girls. Since returning to the recruitment world, she has spent time teaching our team to follow the exact process that got her to the top. With her training and experience, our team has continued to go above and beyond to make sure we continue to do things the right way for our clients/candidates.
