What to expect from an initial discussion with Our Team:
We want to put you in the driver’s seat of your career and ensure you have the proper tools and support along the way.
This is your time to shine! We’ll spend the first part of our conversation understanding you. We want you to establish a relationship with our team. We aren’t just resume generators. We are in the business of people and we want to understand the PERSON behind the resume! We will dive into:
- Your employment history and understanding the full scope of your career
- Discuss in depth what you are looking for in a new opportunity and what your main motivators are in your job search
- Review compensation (current and desired), commute constraints, culture matches – really anything that is relevant to your job search and finding the ideal role for you
- Resume review and LinkedIn review
Once our team has a thorough understanding of who you are and what you are looking for, we will:
- Explain Prospex process so you know exactly what you can expect from our partnership
- Discuss current market conditions based on your specific experience
- Discuss the best career path to get you where you want to be
- Establish communication expectations to allow us to provide the best service and experience
- Discuss any open positions that could be a good fit
Communication is key for us and we want you to have the right support team in your corner and to feel valued and heard at every point along the way!
We will be your advocate, support and hype-team from your first conversation with Prospex, to your first interview with our clients, through the interview process, up to putting your notice in and staying close as you start your new role!
