Do I have to pay a retainer?
Never! We want to earn your business, and we only get paid on what we place.
Do you require exclusivity?
No way! We want you to get the right person in the seat, whether through us or other efforts. Ultimately, we want to make sure to show you a good process and ensure you have a good candidate pool to make the best decision for the team, and to make your decision with confidence!
Can I still use my internal recruiting team and our own network?
Absolutely! We love a parallel search with an internal team to show you a full scope of the market, as opposed to just what you are generating from the job boards. Again – our goal is that you find the RIGHT person for YOU!
Does it cost the candidate anything to use your services?
Our services are completely free for the candidate! Everything is paid for by the companies we represent.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes! We offer a 90-day pro-rata money-back option or a replacement guarantee – whichever makes the most sense for your team, we want you to be taken care of!
Are you a temp agency?
We only specialize in Direct Hire. We’d love to discuss your current situation and needs to find a solution that works best for you.
Do you recruit outside of Utah?
YES! Our largest network is in UT but we have placed professionals in most states in the US.
