PROSPEX focused on Sales and Marketing positions for its first 5 years in business, with a small team of three people. After taking some personal time off in early 2021 to early 2022, Abby Roberts decided to get back into the recruiting world where she was working for 10 years previous to spending a year at home with their children. Abby and Josh have expanded their business to a team of 7 and now focus on, not only, Sales and Marketing but also, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Tech. Although we are a small company, we bring you over 30 years of recruiting experience.
